TERRA radiometer is a world famous product of “ECOTEST” trademark, exported to over 70 countries. This is a professional device for official measurements, which was successfully used during peacekeeping missions in the Middle East. Dosimeter TERRA measures the level of gamma background, beta contamination, accumulated dose and its accumulation time. Prompt evaluation of gamma background is performed within only 10 seconds.
TERRA is in operational service with the Ukrainian Army, it is included in the equipment list of the Ukrainian MES units, and used for the purposes of the Security Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the Border Guard Service of Ukraine. TERRA dosimeter radiometer MKS-05 is also supplied to the Army and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
Since 2002 according to the international technical assistance programs TERRA devices have been supplied to the Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine, the Border Services of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
In 2011, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine sent TERRA dosimeters to Japan as humanitarian aid for recovery from the accident at the Fukushima NPP. TERRA gained a reputation of a reliable and precise product and become the most popular and sought-after in the Japanese market.
